What it is

Every build is designed to sit inside your organisation's governance context, not around it. If your AI policy says certain data can't leave the tenancy, we build to that. If your committee needs to approve each use case, we build the approval into the process.
How we work
Scope
We start with the specific task or process you want to improve. If you don't have one in mind, Discovery is the better starting point.
Design
We propose an approach, including what the agent or automation will do, what it won't do, what data it needs, and what governance guard-rails apply.
Build
We build it, usually in two to four weeks for a first version. We use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Make, Zapier, or bespoke code depending on what's right.
Hand over
You own what we build. We document it, train your team on it, and step back.
