Services / Workshops & Keynotes
AI, explained without the hype.
Keynotes and workshops that give your people a shared language for AI, so the rest of the conversation can actually happen.
What it is
Every AI project we've ever delivered started with a conversation. Usually someone in the room raised their hand and said “wait, what does that word actually mean?”
Our workshops and keynotes are designed for that moment. They're interactive, jargon-free, and built to take the noise out of the AI conversation so your team can focus on what actually matters for your organisation.
How we work
Keynotes
20 to 60 minutes. For conferences, all-staff meetings, board sessions, leadership offsites. Usually opens the conversation for the year.
Workshops
Half-day to full-day. Interactive, hands-on, built around your organisation's specific context. Works well for leadership teams, intact business units, or cross-functional groups.
Boardroom briefings
60 to 90 minutes. For boards and executive committees who need to make AI decisions but don't want a Gartner report.
Every session starts with a pre-brief so we understand your organisation and your audience. No canned decks.
Why clients choose us
- —We teach. We don't sell. The sessions are designed to inform, not to pitch.
- —No jargon. If a word needs explaining, we swap it for one that doesn't.
- —Sector-literate. We work mostly with education, government, associations, and finance, which means we arrive with context.
A recent example
A professional association booked us to deliver the opening keynote at their annual conference. 400 members, mixed technical backgrounds, a lot of nervous energy about AI. We framed the session around what AI actually changes for their profession, what it doesn't, and what they should do about it in the next 12 months. It ran for 45 minutes and sparked a 90-minute Q&A. The association now works with us on policy and committee advisory.
